Refund policy

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, RETURNS, ASSETS

Under Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for the cost of return. After this period, you will have 10 additional days to submit a credit or exchange request. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Items from old collections
* Personalized items
* Sale items

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

Have (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your credit request.
If your request is approved, then your credit will be created and recorded, and a credit will be applied to your customer account, within a maximum of 2 days.

Overdue or missing (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your customer account again first.

Sale, old collections or personalized items (if applicable)
Only regular priced and tracked stock items can be returned. Unfortunately, sale, old collection and personalized items cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective, damaged, or the color is incorrect. If in this case you wish to exchange it for an item, send us an e-mail to: rodolphe@cuirs-poulain.com and send us your item to: 52 Boulevard Richard Lenoir, 75011, Paris, France.

Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift upon purchase and was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver of the gift preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a credit to the giver of the gift. and he will know that you have returned the item.

Shipping
To return a product, you must send it by post or any other shipping service (except parcel relay systems) to: 52 Boulevard Richard Lenoir, Paris, J, 75011, France.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The shipping costs of your package will also be deducted from your credit note, it is not possible to obtain a credit note for these costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $ 150, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
